Underwater Video Taping
You'll be surprised at what you see under the water!
Most swimmers will never have the opportunity to see themselves swimming underwater. Since swimming is done under the water, above water analysis is not sufficient to make you a better swimmer. Videotaping your stroke underwater will give you a close-up look at the mechanics that propel you. Comparing this video to other professional swimmers can help you correct and fine-tune your stroke technique.
Your video is a permanent record used to chart your progress. You can critique and compare your technique with elite swimmers frame by frame.
Using the only Underwater Stroke Analysis Camera in Southern Nevada, we will videotape your stroke from 4 different angles, give you a consultation, semi-private lesson and the DVD is yours to bring home. Space is limited and slots fill up quickly. Contact us to reserve your spot.
We make every effort to have the equipment and coaches ready for you when you arrive. Due to the nature of this session, make-ups are not available. Sessions are one hour and must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
