May Pool Swims: For those wanting to stay swim fit. Light workout 630-730 p,
Sunday Lake Swims: 1 hour kayak supported. Must be a member of SLV and be able to swim 400yd without stopping.
Adventure Swims: For the dedicated open water enthusiast! Each swim will be an easy going adventure but not for the faint of heart. Each swim will be roughly 2-4 miles at a moderate pace. No lanes, no lines, No heroes & no attitudes, just pure open water.
Stoke Clinics: A must for any serious swimmer wanting to clean up and fine tune your stroke!
