We will be back in the water at May 3 at 6:30pm (through May 13, then resuming 6-7 pm schedule on May 17th). These pre-summer workouts will be challenging, but less intense than the previous training group. All levels are welcome.*Must be a member of USMS to participate.

Here's the upcoming POOL schedule.(Don't forget your snorkel!)

Meets 9 times, 6:30-7:30 pm (through May 13, 6-7pm after May 13.)

Meets 5 times, 6-7 pm

The wind is not in our favor for tomorrow! Lake workout cancelled. Final workout for B.E.S.T. will be Tuesday, April 12. It's a pool open water session, so don't miss it!

​High winds are predicted for Saturday (11-24 mph) so we are moving our next workout to Friday at 8:30 am.
