What We Do, Why it Works
Swim Las Vegas coaches motivated athletes from beginner to advanced, transforming them into stronger, more confident swimmers who become faster in the open water and in the pool. Translation: FASTER RACE TIMES
You do not need to be a life-long swimmer to participate. We design our programs to support the working adult with a limited swimming/triathlon background. If you need a little extra help getting comfortable in the water private lessons are available.

How We Do It
Our programs contain a unique mix of pool and open water work, focusing on endurance, speed, technique and open water racing skills. Whether you are training for a Sprint, Olympic Half Iron or Iron distance race, you get optimal customized training designed to break through plateaus to arrive at race day confident, prepared and fast! Simply want to train smart and hard to improve your swimming skills but may not be into racing? Our programs work for you too!
Swim Las Vegas athletes participated in 20 different triathlons and open water swims in 2009. Our swim technique clinics were a huge success for everyone that wanted to become a more technically correct and efficient swimmer.
Each of our race specific open water adaptation and training sessions eased everyone’s nerves before their events. It isn’t always best to be in the right place at the right time but rather to be in the right place (mentally) ahead of time. We continue to make great strides in our under and above water videotaping sessions. We have streamlined our process so swimmers walk away with a DVD and analysis of their swim when they leave the pool.
We thrive on your ability to progress and have surely succeeded this past year. Thank you all for a successful 2009. We look forward to seeing your eager faces (and some new ones) in the pool and at the lake very soon. Bring a friend and let them see what we are all about.
Today we relax and revel in our past accomplishments, prepare for the future training and are content with our accomplishments in the present; for tomorrow, we swim...
