Our 11 week B.E.S.T. training plan concludes with this "must do" early season race. You will have a home field advantage but having trained in the cool waters of Lake Mead! The water temperature at Lake Mead is expected to be in the high 50′s or low 60′s.
Train in the pool on Tuesdays and Thursdays, fine tune at the lake Saturday mornings with custom designed coached (and kayak supported) weekly workouts!
