Private Lessons
Our ASCA certified stroke technicians understand where you’re coming from and where you need to go. We focus on optimal results in minimal time.
Private lessons are supplemented with two individual workouts for you to do on your own between sessions. Commit to swimming 3 times a week and you are on your way!
Learning to swim is easy to , learning to swim efficiently takes commitment, time and effort. Rome was not built in a day, nor was the perfect stroke! For optimal results and savings we recommend a minimum of 4 lessons.
Fees:
1 Hour: $55/hr
Bundle of 4, $50/hr
Private lessons must be booked in advance to ensure lane availability.
We will do our best to work with your schedule and ask that you commit to your training.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS:
We understand emergencies happen and on rare occasions you may not be able to make it to your scheduled lesson. Please provide ample time to schedule a new appointment. Since we are reserving lanes, we will require a 24 hour notice to cancel and reschedule your lesson. A rescheduled lesson must be completed within the month or a $12 service fee will apply. If you cancel your lesson with less than a 24 hour notice, we must charge you for the full hour, and must be paid prior to scheduling another lesson.

For those who prefer smaller groups, or would like to train with your friends, we offer semi-private lessons for swimmers with similar ability levels. Swimmers are given two custom workouts to do on their own between sessions.

3 Swimmers: $20/each
4 Swimmers: $15/each

Elite Athlete Plan
For those brave enough to spend up to two hours in the pool with our "Head Slave Driver" and follow his "grueling" workouts, we present you with the "WHAT WAS I THINKING" training plans...

For swimmers needing private open water instruction, coaches are available for kayak supported or in-water training sessions. Open water video taping analysis is also available.
