Picture
Are you an athlete looking to break into the triathlon scene? Are you an excellent cyclist or talented runner who feels they can’t swim very well? Have you struggled through the swim portion of a triathlon?  Do you break out in a sweat and your heart beats out of your chest when you think about entering the open water to swim?

Whatever you anxiety may be with swimming, SLV is here to break those fears and give you confidence in your swimming abilities.

The SLV Intermediate Freestyle stroke drill session is a four week stroke drill clinic which breaks down your freestyle swimming into 16 swimming drills. These drills will teach you the fundamentals of your stroke-cycle, proper endurance freestyle stroke technique, basic swim mechanics and how to become a more efficient swimmer.
